We believe in being open about what we're building and why. This page is where we share what's coming next, so customer success practitioners using this framework can follow along, push back, and help shape what gets built.
One of the principles we try to hold ourselves to is transparency: not just in the framework content, but in how we develop it. That means sharing direction early, being clear about what we're prioritising and why, and letting the needs of real CS teams drive what comes next.
Expand each metric page beyond the definition and formula. New sections cover how to read the number, what it actually tells you, what tends to move it, and how to improve it, so a metric page becomes a working guide rather than a reference card.

A settings panel on the CS Maturity Report that lets you tailor the output before you read or export it. Choose how many recommendations to show, and toggle individual sections on or off. The PDF export and print view reflect your choices, so what you share or save matches what you actually want.
