How to read this report
This report turns your assessment answers into a snapshot of where your CS function stands today and what to work on next. Here is what each section is for.
- Your stage and score
- Your overall maturity stage, Crawl, Walk, or Run, and your score out of 10, averaged across the eight domains.
- Executive summary
- A plain-language read of your stage, your strongest and weakest areas, and what they mean together.
- Your strengths
- The domains where your team already scores well. Protect these as you push on weaker areas.
- Scores across CS domains
- Your score in each of the eight domains, colored by score. If you have re-assessed, the arrows show movement since last time.
- Priority actions
- The highest-leverage moves for your stage, ordered. The first few matter most, so start there.
- Recommended playbooks
- Step-by-step guides for your current stage, your weakest area, and the stage ahead.
- Metric priorities
- Which metrics to track now, grouped by how much they matter at your stage.
- Maturity journey
- Where this stage sits in the full Crawl to Walk to Run path.
- Transition guide
- The signals and shifts that tell you when you are ready for the next stage.
What this report is, and is not
The recommendations are generated from your assessment answers and the patterns we see across CS teams at your stage. They are a well-informed starting point, not a tailored consulting plan. The assessment cannot account for everything specific to your business: your product, your contracts, your customers, your team's history, or the constraints you work under. Use this report to focus the conversation and decide where to dig in, then bring your own judgment and context before you act.
